This notice describes the website and the information involved when you contact Plainspoken Desk.

Using this website

This is an informational website with an email contact link and fictional writing examples. It has no intake submission form, customer account, online checkout, or payment-card collection.

The website’s own code does not add analytics trackers, advertising tags, third-party fonts, or visitor data to cookies or browser storage. The example buttons only change text on the page.

Hosting information

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider and its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access logs, and security-related cookies as part of operating and protecting the service. This is separate from the website’s own code.

If you send an email

The contact link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. If you email plainspokendesk@outlook.com, the message includes the contact details, contents, and attachments you choose to send. That information is used to respond to the inquiry and discuss service arrangements.

The business contact address uses Microsoft Outlook. Email providers process and store messages as part of delivering email. See the Microsoft privacy statement and your own email provider’s privacy information.

Information for reply writing

Plainspoken Desk uses AI-assisted drafting with public reviews and non-sensitive business facts only. Business contact details are used for correspondence and are not AI drafting inputs.

Share only the information needed to prepare the replies. Remove unnecessary customer details and do not send passwords, payment-card details, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive material.

Payments

This website does not take payments or collect card information. Payment arrangements and the final payable amount are confirmed separately before payment.
