The package

The one-time USD 49 package includes up to five tailored business replies to existing customer reviews selected by the client, plus one consolidated round of changes to those replies. Replies are delivered as editable text by email. The client checks and posts the replies. There is no subscription.

Before payment

The client identifies the review set, up to five existing reviews, and agrees the preferred tone before payment. The selected reviews, scope, initial delivery date, final payable total including any applicable tax, payment arrangements, and service terms are confirmed before payment.

Sending an inquiry does not by itself place an order or create a payment obligation. This website has no online checkout and does not collect payment-card details.

What the client provides

Provide public review text or links and accurate, non-sensitive business facts needed for each reply. Explain any corrections and preferred tone. Do not send passwords, card details, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive material. No access to the client’s business account is required.

AI-assisted drafting and client review

Plainspoken Desk uses AI-assisted drafting with public reviews and non-sensitive business facts only. Contact details used for correspondence are not AI drafting inputs.

The client checks every reply for factual accuracy, customer privacy, commitments, and platform suitability before posting it through their own business account. Unclear facts should be checked rather than invented.

Delivery and the included revision

The initial delivery date is agreed before payment. The client may request one consolidated round of changes to the identified reviews within 14 calendar days of initial delivery. The revision delivery date is agreed when the revision request is confirmed.

The package covers the identified reviews and the included revision. A different review set or additional revision rounds fall outside that package and need a separate agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation before initial delivery receives a full refund. After delivery, a full refund is available if the included revision cannot bring the replies within the agreed scope; this does not cover a change of mind. Contact Plainspoken Desk within seven calendar days of revised delivery. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Honest replies and service boundaries

This service writes business replies to existing customer reviews. It does not create customer reviews, impersonate customers, or invent events, resolutions, or promises. Replies do not include threats or false accusations. Complex or sensitive disputes may require a neutral holding response or professional advice.

No improvement in ratings, sales, income, search rankings, review removal, or customer response is guaranteed.
